The Biton is an intentional cross, not a kennel-club breed with a single written standard. Two dogs from the same pairing can differ in size, coat, and temperament, because each puppy inherits a different mix of traits from the contributing breeds.

A Biton pairs the Bichon Frise with the Coton de Tulear. Two white companion breeds make a small, cottony or curly dog with a dark-eyed face and a soft expression.
The coat is the work. Left long, it needs daily combing; kept in a short trim, it is manageable. They are house dogs that want company. There is little hunting drive compared with a terrier mix, and more wish to follow their person from room to room.
